"Choose an agent's office who's staff won't lie to you about discounts, specifically how you, the client, will be billed. 03/12/2025, Thanks for the response. I was definitely told that if I don't continue with my death policy there were no other options for a bundle discount. Truth is, I am now receiving a discount on vehicle and home insurance. So if not lie, perhaps non accurate sounds better. Secondly, I was told that if I choose to pay my bill early I have to provide my payment through this office. Not accurate, one time payments, auto pay, and scheduled payments can all be paid securely on statefarm's website."
