"I have been with State Farm for 20+ years and recently had an incident to occur. I reached out to my agent and spoke with Ms. India about the incident. She was very kind, caring, and listened to my concerns. She immediately made a few phone calls to find out what was going on. This was close to closing time but she continued well after until she spoke with someone. She called me back to give me an update and requested I give her a few more days to work on the situation. I have now received a phone call as well as a text that the incident was rectified and I would be receiving what was owed to me. This put my faith back into believing there are still people out there that truly care about their clients. She could have pushed me aside but from the moment she answered the phone, she showed compassion for what I was going through. Thank you Tamara and India for taking care of your clients.
